We have extensive experience in design and production of export molds for production in the EU. This experience is also used to produce molds for local (China) production and therefore ensures a high quality finished product.
Each design is subject to a careful feasibility study together with our local partners. Special attention is paid to tolerances, mold flow, cooling and cycle time.

We work with a network of international mold part suppliers such as DME, Hasco etc. The design for local tooling is based on our export mold experience.

Mold design and construction according to your demands and machinery requirements
China Challenge has many years experience with export of plastic injection molds to Western Europe. We execute mold flow analysis, and implement on the agreed modifications. Our own tool design analysis will result in the final DFM. During each step we will consult with the customer and require his confirmation of DFM prior to production start up.
Optimized quality and results
We offer you complete disassembly and inspection prior to export. In every step of the mold production process there is a quality analysis, guaranteeing the implementation of specifications and demands from the customer, followed by an FOT inspection, modifications and a final trial run. Finally, we offer you complete disassembly and inspection prior to export.
