Dear Customers, Relations and Friends,

The first newsletter for this year and we surely have some exiting news to share with you.

First of all I would like to congratulate our entire Product Development team with their efforts to help the company pass the ISO9001:2000 certification. You might wonder why this took more time then we envisioned before, but this is caused by some major changes in our company structure during 2008 as some of you might know.

After opening our branch office in Zhejiang in February 2008, we have officially opened our own Assembly facilities in the outskirts of Shanghai in October. The facility covers a surface of over 2000m². We still keep our existing offices at the Shui Cheng road in Shanghai, however all Product development team members have been re-located to the new location. The facility was included in our ISO application, and has also successfully passed certification.

With the new facilities we are better positioned to take on more complex projects, sub assemblies and assemblies that require a strict protection of customer intellectual property. Furthermore it enables us to have a tight control on the quality of incoming parts as well as on the final product.

In order to be able to offer a complete range of assembly services to our customers, we have invested in several sets of new equipment for our plant over the past few months. These include an automatic assembly line, drilling, cutting and welding equipment, and as center piece a Branson 15KHz 3300W ultrasonic welding machine.
