Quality Control

By anticipating the challenges that are inevitably part of the production process, CHC enforces Quality Control measures during each step. This includes verifying the final product, design feasibility and communicating with the client on an ongoing basis and processing feedback in a constructive manner.

In addition, we ensure the following tasks:

• A selection of the right production partners on the basis of quality standards
• Verifying the suppliers of the selected factories
• Random quality checks during the production
• Random product test after production and before shipping.
• Produce certified quality reports upon request.

All of our suppliers, packaging and quality control are supervised by CHC.

Under client's request, we can also consult a third party to confirm the composition of the material
